Our instructor-led fitness classes are designed to build strength, restore energy, and make space for calm, whether you’re starting your morning with intention or unwinding after a busy day.
Inspired by the rhythm of Cork and rooted in the Radisson Blu promise of elevated wellbeing, our classes welcome hotel guests, Leisure Club members, and the wider Cork community.

Spinning (30 mins)
Ride strong. Reset fast. Leave energised.
A high-energy indoor cycling session on stationary bikes. Your instructor guides you through speed, resistance, climbs, and sprints , all set to motivating music for a cardio boost and lower-body strength.

Yoga (30 mins)
Breathe deeper. Move softer. Feel grounded.
A balanced blend of Hatha (steady, held postures with breath awareness) and Vinyasa (flowing movement linked to breath). Build strength, flexibility, and calm , in body and mind.
Best for: flexibility, mobility, stress relief, posture
Intensity: Low to moderate
Bootcamp (30 mins)
Train with purpose. Build strength and endurance.
A high-intensity group class inspired by military-style training, combining cardio bursts with resistance work. Expect full-body effort, teamwork energy, and a strong finish.

20/20 (40 mins)
Strength + core. Tone + mobility. All in one.
A two-part class designed for real results without overcomplication:
20 minutes strength (upper/lower body): weights, bands, or bodyweight work
20 minutes core & flexibility: abdominal focus, stretching, posture, recovery
Best for: toning, core strength, posture, full-body conditioning

Aqua Aerobics (30 mins)
Move freely. Feel lighter. Build strength in water.
A fun, high-energy, low-impact water workout in shallow water, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Water resistance adds challenge without strain, making it ideal for joint care and full-body toning.

Yes. Our instructors guide you through each class and can offer options and modifications so you can move at your own pace.
For studio classes: comfortable activewear. For Aqua Aerobics: swimwear and a towel. All other equipment is provided.
You can book through the Leisure Club team or at reception. Availability can vary, so early booking is recommended. For membership enquiries or bookings, contact us below.
