FRESH FLAVOURS ON THE LAWN
The outdoor menu celebrates bold summer flavours and locally inspired ingredients, available to walk-ins, hotel guests and locals throughout the week.
Guests can graze on charcuterie boards, olives and almonds, or opt for lighter dishes including the Ranch Wedge Caesar and Pear, Cashel Blue & Chocolate Walnut salad.
Garden flatbreads take centre stage, with toppings including Lamb Harissa, Picanha Steak and Garden Vegetable & Mozzarella, while loaded jacket potatoes and seafood dishes such as Ballycotton mussels steamed in Beamish add something more substantial to the menu.
