Our Wedding Day was everything we could have imagined and more. The Radisson Blu in Cork has such a beautiful setting with the Ditchley House and gardens for the outdoor reception. Our guests were blown away by the hotel from start to finish from the drinks selection at reception, the jazz band, food through out the entire day from dinner to the Tayto sandwiches at 2am. The staff were a dream to work with, shout out to Katie our wedding coordinator, who was friendly, open to all suggestions, and enthusiastic about our day as much as ourselves. We would recommend the Radisson Blu in Cork to anyone as a wedding location.

We got married in December and the day was absolutely magical. The hotel had the Christmas decorations up and it was stunning. The food was 10/10 and the service was also 10/10. Katie was amazing and no request was too big. Highly recommend.

Thanks so much! We had the best day. The room looked absolutely perfect when we walked in, and it’s a testament to your great eye for detail. Conor and I loved the experience of the build-up; you were always more than accommodating, even when I was a bit of a control freak. The team was fantastic throughout, and our guests were very complimentary about them and the food. So many people have told me it’s a hidden gem. They said the food is some of the best they’ve had, and I genuinely know they meant it. They’ll definitely be back for lunch and dinner. The following day, we were constantly being told how the food was such a highlight of the evening and how much of it there was. The meal the night before was also a huge success; everyone raved about how good the food was and what a treat it was to have everyone together the day before. Thanks again! You’re great at your job, and we couldn’t have done it without you. I want to do it all over again!

Everything went perfectly. Our wedding planner was incredible, both on the day and in the lead-up to it. Every email I sent was replied to the same day. Nothing was ever too much for her, and she calmed me down so many times. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better wedding planner, and the staff at the Radisson were also out of this world. Reflecting back on the day now, I can honestly say that everything was amazing from start to finish. Your team has an excellent eye for detail, and nothing I asked for was too much. During the build-up to our wedding day, I was very stressed and nervous, but you put me right at ease, always available on the other end of the phone.
